I tried everything to fix it by myself but failed. My Aunt refer me to this company so I called them without hesitation. A technician came over at my place after I made a call. He made a troubleshoot on my garage door and found out that my garage door cable was loosen and misaligned. After several discussions, we agree to replaced it before the situation became worst. He did his job and I was very happy with the outcome!
